Zita Gustin is the Executive Managing Director for the Seattle/Bellevue chapter of eWomenNetwork. Her local chapter has 117 active members and has grown by 50 members since she took over the chapter in August of 2005. The Seattle/Bellevue chapter meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month for lunch at Maggiano's in Bellevue, WA from 11AM - 1:30PM. She also helps women meet and learn about each other through a process called Strategic Business Introductions. Zita orchestrates each event so that the members have the maximum amount of time to make the quality contacts that they need to make to begin the process of building relationships. Networking is all about the relationship. Zita is currently writing a book on how to build networking skills called "The Networking Game - 7 Skills to Fame".
